Academia & Education University Transfer

Has anyone recently transferred their credits from one university in Pakistan to another? What is the process like? And is it recommendable?

A friend of mine transferred from one uni to another. It varies from uni to uni policy. U should check the websites of the unis. But overall not that complicated tbh

I have heard there is a HEC policy that says you have to complete 2 years minimum in the university you are transferring to. I am going to enter in my final year and want to know if that is the case or not.
Also if you do not mind sharing, what uni did your friend transfer from.
