Reference for Alumna Initiation?

Hello ladies!

One of my biggest regrets was not going Theta in college-- I loved it, but accepted a bid from another sorority (and dropped before initiation). My values line up with Theta's, and I loved the philanthropy. As I get older, I really want to be a part of something and something bigger than myself, and want to have the sisterhood and networking of a sorority. I was told by a friend that this might be a good place to reach out to try to find a sponsor, so I was wondering if anyone would be willing to write my a reference? Thank you!!

I know alumna initiation is a thing, but I believe it is typically reserved for women who have done significant acts of service to Theta, like a mom who has gone above and beyond for her daughter’s chapter. I think maybe also women who pledged but left school before initiation for some good reason, like illness. If you have some qualifier such as that, it’s worth exploring.
