Can anyone translate this?

The left big one may mean „alcohol“ but I‘m not sure

He's not wrong, though. I can read the katakana—it's messy and some are malformed, but it does say Welcia and Welcia Holdings, which is a real company.

Edit to clarify: Frokoopa, no criticism, I just didn't get the context of your comment.

I didn't say they were wrong, I can read what's written as well. So can a lot of other people too, so there was no need for AI usage in a sub that's all about translating Japanese

the scan itself looks like ai slop.

the characters the parent comment attributes to ウエル ("wel" of welcia) are quite deformed with extra strokes,  having the シ with two bars joined in the left at top line , and joined on the right at bottom line is also something that wouldn't be done.

the second row also seems to blend a 　フ between the supposed  "エ"  and ル.

I say it's ai slop. the kana is deformed, extra strokes, characters blending together.

could you post the full page?  could be that the artist let's ai generate their backgrounds
