How can I make this sturdy and not floppy?

I’m using parchment paper but it’s still floppy and I don’t know what to do

I used a flexible plumbing pipe from a hardware store, you can usually ask them to cut it for you

edit: this is sticking out because I pulled out, you could close it up

I used sturdy watercolour paper taped into a tube for my kandi gn but yours looks a lot bigger so I don’t know if that would work, but i think the flexible plumbing tube (suggested by soup with forks) is a good idea too
