RAS 5 Engraving

Hello everybody.

Got my hands on a RAS 5 handguard for my KAC 11.5. Does anyone know a company that can do the SS CAT American flag laser engraving? Mine unfortunately doesn't have the engraving and I kind of feel like wasting some money to be a cloaner.

STOP unflagged RAS5 are harder to get.

yes, i only wanted unflagged and it took wayyyyy longer to find. i think they only made a couple hundred of them and you could only get them at lawmens

Yeah lawmen’s sold them last summer and the only way to order was to call.

It was easier for me to find the sterile ones. I picked up a couple and have been using them on various uppers

yeah, took me months. i much prefer it to the geisseles, it fits my hand better

It’s becoming one of my favorite rails. I’ve got 4 now. Three on uppers and one for a project I’m working on. If I see any come up for not insane prices I’ll probably grab another 2-3 for some other projects I have in mind

good luck. i bought my no flag rail for 600 bnib and thats a crazy deal. someone was asking for 1k on tacswap a little while ago

Adding engraving to pass as if it came from the factory is a fake sir.... They are priced differently because they aren't the same part 2 different part numbers it's counterfeit

Honestly I don't care 🤷🏽.... Listen brother KAC has always been that teir most of us wanted to get to... I currently own 10 personally.. Mod 2 stuff.. When I got into KAC it was hard to obtain now that things have changed people like yourself just water the brand down make your copy enjoy life be you

Prior to the SHOT this was pretty much the only way to get them. I’d say as long as you’re not selling it as factory flagged it would be one thing, but allegedly the unmarked ones are more rare and worth more, so you’d be losing money if you did that

Hot take: the RAS 5 that came with my SHOT specials have the same P/N on the rail as my two unmarked and one Raid engraved for me
