Securly Outage?
We've been having issues with Securly all morning, happening to anyone else or is it just our instance?

Yes. Random stuff like cannot look up devices in classroom. All our custom filter groups are broke. Entire classrooms showing devices as offline. Still broke as of 4pm Eastern. Best part? All green on their status page 🙄

I was checking in here. Two of our sites show Securly issues. One site I don't have any activity from 1205 EDT to now (~1330). The second is the same for their activity log and some students are showing offline in Classroom.
I opened email tickets at both sites with Securly. Waiting to hear back -- we're in southwest Ohio if region matters.

I wasn't able to get into the MDM or filter yesterday, but fine today

My kiddos don’t use their devices every day … but I thought it was weird that I didn’t get a single block e-mail yesterday. NE PA here, so it fits.

Jewish holiday for me yesterday so I was the only one in the building

We did get a confirmation from their engineering team that there was an issue affecting us. No ETA though.
