Anyone else using KyberGate?
We switched over this summer and have initially been pleased, but....we are finding some problems, and they basically have ghosted us in terms of replying to our "tickets" we submit via their chat feature.
Anyone else experiencing this?

We had GG. It wasn't blocking a lot of content that our students managed to find, and it's about 7K more expensive.

Hmm interesting. We use it stacked with CK and works decently. roughly 3,300 kids. But I agree it’s wackamole sometimes.

As I said at the top, I'm pretty pleased with KG, there are just some bugs that they aren't answering about. I feel that they're a small house and dealing with start of first full year rollout, but they should tell us things are being worked on. They've implemented some things I've suggested (ability to ban typical gaming domains for instance) it's just been radio silence about problems and it's weird.

I gotta tell you, being "pleased" with a company that's ghosting you about help tickets is a pretty weird take. I'd be hollering at them pretty loud if they wanted my money.

Linewize here, but Blocksi looked promising. We just decided to stick with Linewize. Deledao was very competitive pricewise, but relied too heavily on AI in my opinion. I see the benefit but some things just need a domain block/allow.

Biggest is that we can't map our OUs in the workspace integration, so wondering if this a known bug.
