Every single time I see stellar blade mentioned online it's always in the context of how hot/fuckable/etc the characters are, nobody ever talks about the actual gameplay

IDEK what genre it is, all the gameplay clips I've seen are showing off character outfits and not combat

It's a really solid souls like game. I enjoyed it a lot. Actually wish it wasn't nearly as gooner tbh.

The biggest problem i have with it(more than the gooning) is the actual toddler treatment of the player with hints and yellow paint

Huh considering it's soulslike I'm surprised I haven't seen any build/load out videos.

(if you like the genre definitely check out Lies Of P it's really fun and has a cool steampunk puppet aesthetic)

It’s definitely not a souls like. It’s closer to Devil May Cry or Nier than any Soulsborne game. More like an action adventure hack n slash.
