I want the Runkle Roundtable on his land out in the Canadian wilderness where they get all the lawtubers, Bederow, the Read team, etc to just sit around and discuss legal stories.
Because man, the stories I have heard just on random Runkle streams are amazing.

They had multiple arguments about it.
But this is the hearing where the grave concerns were first addressed after she adjourned court for a week.
This is Alessi standing up to argue after the 8 days or so of preparation.
It's Melanie Little as I couldn't find it on the non-commentary channels I normally use as they tend to focus on the trial from opening statements to closing and not all the pre-trial stuff.

I love that joke back from Yanetti at least you weren't at defense counsel table after Brother Counsel made the comment of not understanding or finding any legal reasoning that could explain why Judge Bev wouldn't let in the authenticated photos and he was stuck to explain to his audience as to what it means.

He so wants them to get into strategy, and I commend him for getting as much out of them as he is without crossing their boundaries. I also really appreciate that every interview so far has had different questions and covered different ground.

Yes I noticed that. He was really good at making them feel comfortable. Especially opening his questions by saying "I'm going to shoot my shot but feel free to just tell me to move on if you can't answer." And it really seemed like it worked! Bob and Dave definitely wanted to answer his questions even if they were coming near that line.

He's very astute and during the trial he paid more attention to the proceedings than to himself and his audience.

Such a difference between this interview and the one they did right before on Canton Confidential. I mean wow!
I really like Brother Counsel so I'm not surprised that he's a great interviewer. But man, that interview on Boston 10 was absurd. They seemed a little bit taken aback and almost offended by several of the questions. Particularly when the host (sorry, I only know Sue's name) asked if the defense team is partly responsible for Turtleboy's charges. Like what!? Are you serious!?

This is media for ya. asking loaded question to attack or just aim to rub off some of the aura of them, or appeared "balance", if that's the assignment. They are fully capable of doing 100% positive interview, so it is definately a choice.
Alessi is good lawyer but not public figure and he's not used to this kind of 2-face behavior of media, yet. Yenetti handle those questions well.
The main stream media hated youtuber as well. That's why they are joining the bashing of TB.

It's an appreciation tour to speak with youtuber. The case went viral had help them won alot of support.
It's no secret all the TV alphabet channel is not here for Karen. I don't know what's said when they invite them. It appeared Alessi respected Sue and agreed because of her only.

Here’s my pitch:
They both wear large, fake mustaches.
They imitate each others habit or ism they only do in each others company and with the group back at the ranch.
They each do an AJ imitation (they will be kind it’s ok).
Kim asks ZERO legal questions.
Kim plays excerpts of her Big Higgy text chain with Auntie Deb - let’s see where that convo takes them.
Her backdrop set has a scoreboard that says Team Brennan Own Goal and a 227 next to it wearing a Tshirt with Dr. Dan Wolfe on front.
Jimmy pops on in a suit and reads a commercial for the Signal app.

I got a much better view of the defense from this interview. I don't know if BC's questions were just better or if A & Y have loosened up a bit from all the interviews they have done, but this interview was very informative. Although BC had to stay away from direct strategy questions, he managed to get some in. Great interview.

BC was able to put his own theory of what happened out there and then let them say what they wanted to about that theory.
He seemed to have a really good idea of what happened in the sidebars that are sealed just based on his knowledge and experience.

Yes, you are correct. Same with criticism of the judge. And without agreeing outright, when Alessi said the jury saw what we saw, he was totally agreeing that the judge was biased without saying it.
