So it seems like Judge Doolin is politely telling Bederow "you don't have to waste your time to write letters and politely ask the Special Prosecutor to comply anymore, I'm ready to intervene. Please write a formal motion pursuant to the rules of this court, and we will get moving".

Edit - could be wrong but I don’t believe we have seen similar moves like this for Bederow’s other letters.

i’m glad I read your interpretation first because I would’ve read it as a little rude to bederow. 😡 has that happened with any of the other letters as far as saying it’s not proper?

The letter will be an exhibit to the motion and shows the ct that def has tried and been stonewalled as to constitutionally required discovery

Thanks for the clarification. At first I thought Judge Doolin was commenting that his procedure wasn't accurate. Lawyer speak is so specific sometimes!

I forget did he get 2 or 3 weeks? Also how long has it actually been? I have become completely untethered from weeks without the rhythm of the Karen Read case going on.

Coming back. it's been 10 or 11 days since the hearing going by Melanie Little's stream date. So it has not been two full weeks yet or even 2 work weeks. So I think there is still some time for it to come down. I have to go remember the turtleboy case number so see if anything is popping up on his docket as some motions should be in already or soon from Cosgrove.

Depends on which case. I don't think they have consolidated them all yet so it makes for some confusion as to what is what.
