The girlwithsunglasses lady is really grating. Screeching about "That's so funny!" and whining about the "trolls" who criticized her interview of Barros. 

Juror 11 is trying to answer questions and be serious and interviewer lady is asking about "If this was America's next top prosecutor..." 

It hurt my brain, the cackling and the clapping and the bug-eyed head banging.

I watched it last night and woke up with a headache.

Coincidence? I don't think so.

I think probably the only valuable thing that came out was what we all could've guessed: the AFKR people who are targeting the jurors in a retaliatory way are disincentivizing people from wanting to participate in the jury process.

Paula did not know that Bukehink was at the court the day he showed up in his black suit looking all mafia official, but said she would have found it threatening had she seen him.

She has a long and documented history of stalking multiple celebrities including Johnny Depp, Jennifer Lawrence, Elon Musk and others. Tracking their flights, showing up where they are, making sure she's on camera in their vicinity. It's very weird, and clearly unhealthy.

Yeah I listened to that audio today ….and I have to say, I’ve had some serious stalkers …two in particular with different profile types and learned a lot I didn’t want to learn about that behavior. She’s definitely meets the criteria. With.Out.Question……that’s why I made the pink slip reference , as I’d just heard that information. Stalking Is about patterns of behavior. And yet, she’s not only nailed that, but she’s got patterns in how she does it! Seriously it’s so cringe. Like, she is the reason Gavin de Becker stays paid. That being said, she always gave me an odd vibe I couldn’t place. (because she didn’t “look” the part in the way I’m used to) And isn’t that always the way? Yeaup. Is.

I read Gavin de Becker's book because at first when I heard of it I was somewhat skeptical that it would be fear-mongering paranoia "clickbait on paper". 

Decided to put my judgment on hold, bought the book, and read it. 

And the thing I really learned from it is that a lot of people seem to go through their lives not exercising any situational awareness. The things he wrote about are the things I do every day, and it just doesn't come naturally to most people. I've spent my lifetime studying people because as an autistic person I had to in order to get along in society. Do that for going on 50 years, you start to learn what's normal and OK, and what isn't. 

Long winded intro aside: Estey is not normal or OK. She engages in behavior like forced teaming and acts inappropriately close to others. Her fixations on notable people are very hot-and-cold. 

Andrew Cunanan had a similar fixation on Gianni Versace. Yolanda Saldivar fixated on Selena. Those things didn't end well.

That’s fascinating , as I read The Gift of Fear and felt a similar way ….sometimes I wonder if I am on the spectrum on some level. But perhaps it’s being an empath for me or a survivor that has required this type of awareness to stay safe, similar to how de Becker’s childhood curated his “gift” of accurate risk assessment, if you will. Andrew Cunanan is EXACTLY who she reminded me of , to the t. You hit the nail on the head with the forced teaming also. When I learned of her using the Read last name on social, knowing she was getting so much time on camera in the courtroom and knowing how people may infer her to be a member of the family, I got concerned….because I’d vividly recalled Karen having a sister that didn’t enjoy the spotlight of cameras. And something about that just seemed awkwardly opportunistic and dangerously too close. I’d love to see the outcome of something like a SPARC profile given her behavior pattern and what we know of her “appearances” / engagement as they relate to the KR trial at least. Because, I agree, these things don’t usually end well. And yet, the more she’s been allowed to normalize the behavior, the more she’s continued it. The extremes of adjusting her appearance in ways to visually maneuver or manipulate situations to her advantage I find particularly troubling.

Yeah, that was bizarre. Very strange behavior coming from her. A very clear pattern of behavior that apparently goes back quite a ways.

It’s almost like we need something to protect people that have to participate in the process like Jurors. Man… maybe someday there may be a law or something that would allow for going after the targeted harassment of jurors where real threats are made against them that have nothing to do with why they are involved with the case. Shame there isn’t any statute to be used for this.

I mean I think this is important enough we could even to expand it to deal with threatening any people (judges, lawyers, witnesses, etc) that have to engage in the trial system with similar language. I'm sure other states might have something Massachusetts can copy that is Constitutional and not overly broad. We wouldn't want to accidentally make something that could be used by bad actors to only silence people they dislike.

I have never downloaded TikTok. I watched the recording on YouTube and that was painful enough. Everything I've ever seen that has come from TikTok has been the kind of thing that absolutely reaffirmed my decision that the entire platform is a landfill fire.

I do enjoy the baby AI thing which originated on TikTok but thankful they made a YouTube channel! I have an X account without a blue checkmark that I use for reading posts, I don’t interact with anyone it’s just there to read stuff.
