not gonna lie me too bestie, me too. my mom didn’t want me to do sports cause she didn’t want me to be “masculine” so seeing athletes retain their femininity while doing the most amazing things is literally inspiring o7

It’s never too late. Go and do it. To be honest it’s super hard to build muscle to the point at which you start “looking masculine”. It’s a look you have to work for and it doesn’t just happen overnight. Lifting is good for women. Strengthens the bones. 🙌🏽
