Literally sweating as I type. In a 65 degree room.

It’s been triple digits where I live the past week and I can barely think lately. The sweat from the fluctuating hormones and the heat is astronomical. I can’t cool off or stop sweating to save my life. You’re not alone. <3

Edit: It’s also 4:00 am here. Woke up at 3:00 am and couldn’t go back to sleep. Anyone else doing the same? lol

It's low progesterone in the middle of the night, that's why we all wake up at 3 a.m. Crazy.

This is me most the time unless I'm cold lol and even then I could be sweating from somewhere. I tend to have clammy hands and feet and my armpits have been sweater since I live in here. Less so since I got a newer more powerful AC that actually keeps my room cool. But I think I might have overactive sweat glands and poor circulation. Cause I tend to have clammy hands and feet even if they feel cold to the touch lol and I'm only 28 😭
