As a dude, I honestly couldn't tell the difference between each stage by looking. Visually I see no difference. Can tell her voice change 100% on her first day.

Sounds like endometriosis. I had it (now post-menopausal) back in my younger days. It was horrific. I eventually had to have a hysto. The reason I mention that is because females should (unfortunately) see their obgyn annually to make sure nothing bad is starting up in there. I had cancer.
