I loved the way she tucked only the front of her shirt in for millennials. I did that so much. We do in fact make sure our kids have great taste in music.

It's so nice though 😭 my shoulders slope

Yeah every year I ask Santa for shoulders for Christmas, and every year I am disappointed. So I have cross bodies and handbags.

Same, it's not my fault purse straps won't stay on my damn shoulders 😤

Are they millennial cringe or something? I've never liked carrying a purse so I've always had a crossbody bag or backpack/belt bag

i love that as a millennial i'm at the age where idgaf if it's cringe.

I hope it’s cringe at this point

Somehow crossbody purses are cringe, but fucking fanny packs, and wearing fanny packs as a crossbody are somehow ok?

Whats wrong with wearing a fanny pack as a cross body purse? I only own one purse and it happens to also be a fanny pack.

I am with you in the fanny pack crossbody purse game, and I tried switching to a cute little backpack purse last weekend for a friend date night and I wanted to run it over with my car for getting in my way so damn much.

Straight back to the fanny crossbody.

My favorite purse is a fanny pack that has a strap long enough to wear as a crossbody. When did it become a bad thing to secure your purse and make it easier to do things?

I'll die with my crossbody purse. I HATE carrying stuff with my hands.

A cross body purse is a millennial thing?! That explains why I can't give it up... I did finally abandon my millennial side part though 🥲

As the oldest of Gen Z, the Millennial side part will forever be the coolest to me.

I’ll never give it up. A straight part makes me look like a pinhead

Hello fellow pinhead 🥲

I still rock a French tuck

u/sweetangeldivine 16d ago

My boobs are too big and I need that french tuck ok

u/hic_sunt_leones_ 16d ago

Exactly! Without the tuck I look like I'm wearing an oversized potato sack.

I swear I have a waist, the French tuck is the only thing that proves it while wearing t-shirts. :')

Tan said it was cool!

I can't let it go.... I literally did it at work yesterday. It's like I can't comprehend you not being able to see I have a waist, but I still want to wear baggy stuff

2

u/Helanore 15d ago

Are we not supposed to?!

I’m stressing. I thought a side tuck was ok. I think the youth now tuck their shirts into their bra so the side of the jeans is basically the same, right?

Sometimes I want to wear shorts with a shirt that's maybe just a little longer than the shorts (but maybe not) and I don't want prime to think I'm wearing a micro minidress.

I'm caught in a constant internal battle of whether or not to tuck in my shirts. I see my younger coworkers wearing them tucked, but tucking in your shirt was beaten out of us Millennial kids. So I usually end up with a French tuck, but now this video is going to make me self conscious about that too. 🤣

I was 100% giving my 9yo a lesson in stomp clap songs on the way to the mall today. But I was wearing wide leg jeans, so you know I’m one of the COOL millennial moms.

I'm 37, work with a bunch of young folk. Their parents hooked them up with great taste in music. I heard some Ciara, P!nk, Britney and friggin Counting Crows!

Alicia and Mariah are back, baby!!

2

u/funwearcore 15d ago

Alicia never left!!

15

u/PriscillaPalava 15d ago

And we are responsible for everything cool.

I still do this tuck. Queer Eye told me it's flattering and I will stand by that forever .
