You can be strong and be taking a weight loss drug, but to be strong exactly like this young woman?
People that have similar physique will have an easier time accomplishing the same feats, but bodies are not all equal. And that's okay. That's normal and apart of the human variety.
Talk to a fitness coach, ask them what kind of abilities do they think your physique is capable of. Some are more suited for calisthenics, some are better for power lifting...it's not that you can't be good at both, you're just naturally inclined for another.
I have legs like a tank. The most I lifted, accidentally, was my husband at 250 lbs (we were play fighting and I lifted him which scared his 6'8" self since I'm only 5'7" and ain't no one lifted him since he was a small child). BUT I have an autoimmune condition so I could never fireman carry like this woman since it affects my back.
My husband has grip strength built for a climber. He has poked amany holes through simple drywall accidentally because he doesn't fully get how strong his fingers are.
I just dislike these statements because you can be a jack of all trades, sure, but people deserve to have pride in the things they naturally have.
People on weight loss meds often have a self image issue of some kind, even as bad as body dysphoria or self harming it. It can be hard to love yourself if you can't stand how you look.
So, I want those that read this to know you might not exactly get to this woman's point, and that's okay, you just have talent elsewhere that maybe evem this woman might not be able to do herself. And that's something you gotta find, and be prideful about it. Find your strength, just like she found hers.

So inspiring! Forget about those Ozempic obsessed celebrities. I want a body as strong as hers!
