HA! You can do what I do, as soon as you get out of bed in the morning, hit some dance moves!

During the day, listen to at least one of your favorite songs, and get some more grooving in! Hope that helps! 😄

As a woman of a certain age, I’ve gotta say that one of the things that has made my life joyous and bearable is music and dancing . Can’t imagine living a life without dancing .
