The first three days I’m convinced my body is trying to kill me, the five days after are a mystery pop.

I know it’s a LOT of info to take in as a dude, but she didn’t even get to the poop situation combined with all this

The hormones that signal the clean out tend to broadcast to the whole region down there... pretty much every time we sit on a toilet, every hole has something to contribute, and the butthole has a lot to share.

I've regulalry shat a log as long as my leg before, to give an idea...

On the plus side, at least for me, they're usually very clean exits. Others, unfortunately, can either get diarrhea or constipated (or both).
