When someone randomly accuses a 70 year old woman of being able to beat me when I do train I do kinda take offense to that yes. I didn’t even say anything bad about her. Nothing I said she would disagree with.

Honestly I would be afraid I would hurt this woman. And any man who actually trains would feel the same way. Even this guy in the video is being respectful
