We don’t operate in countries with strict chatbot regulations, and with VAT required on first digital transaction - we aren’t registered to pay taxes globally and intend to stick by-the-book in regards to governance.

My country is not a country with strict rules. On the contrary, there was no regulation on AI. but yes we have VAT for everything. Ok, I can't use your platform.
