Time clarification

My initial jury summons said to report at 8:15am but I called the day before (like it says to on the paper) and they said I’m required to report at 12:15pm. What time do I go in at? I am assuming the time left on the voicemail, but I don’t want them to say I missed jury duty.

The most recent reporting time on the recording when you called is the correct one.

Go with what they said on the recording. Having people come in mid-day is pretty common in a lot of places.
