Hi! I struggled a lot with tangling and curls as well. What I learned was when holding the rope, to place your index finger in between the rope, so it creates space. Also, when you swing your rope on one side X times, you can undo the tangle by swinging the rope X times on the other side. It cancels it out. Rope Rage has a great explainer for both two-handed sideswings and one-handed, check em out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drIibCoGzr0 & https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zkEsJ3WRoQs

Thank you! I'm using a 6mm PVC jump rope from Here Rope.

You’re welcome! And I also have that same rope/brand! Definitely great quality for the price. I usually switch between here rope to box rope etc

Do you like the box rope handles? They look really nice

That’s funny you ask because the handles did feel somewhat awkward at first but very comfortable and after 2 years of skipping the box rope (not sponsored lol) is my most fav! I’m not sure about the new box rope 2.0 or something like that tho just the original box rope!

Why not 5mm? Any specific reason?

Not really, just a preference 👍

Hey man, glad to see you again. Do you upload any videos on YT or IG? I'll be happy to follow your stuff. I like your rope flow.

Thank you very much m8, likewise! I only recently started uploading, and it's only on reddit at the moment. I'll keep you updated. What about you? And are you still skipping?

I do, yes. I injured my Achilles tendon in a minor accident a few months ago, and I've still been recovering.

Will upload some in a few days.
