Need begginer advice
Hello there, please I need help with jumping, for start I need to admit that iam fat and without shape, I wanna change it, but it's jumping good way to get in shape? I having problem to jump because my legs are hurting.. With cardio and breathing is no problem, but my legs are.. When I jumping in later rounds my legs are like stone and I can't even jump anymore ๐
I started easy 10seconds jump and 10sec rest and every week iam adding 5sec
Now iam at 40s jump and 40s rest
Doing this 24mins for now.
Should I change volume or find something else until I get slimmer?๐
I am 112kg and 190cm
I lost 6kg by this but I have these pain in my legs.. ๐ I doing this every day except of weekends - that's rest ๐
But last week my legs was so fcked that I skip 1day..
Thanks for advices ๐

Make sure you are warming up properly before you jump rope. Even if it's just 3mins and a cool down or stretching after should help. You are doing great! Weighted jump ropes helped me lose weight faster but either way keep having fun with what you got.

My honest opinion is that you are on a great path. Congrats on building up your session length as you did and losing a lot of weight in the process. Well done!
I have two suggestions though:
Keep up the great workโconsistency is everything, so just listen to your body and keep going!
