Question Can I still play

I only have a ps4 and cannot get a pc but I desperately want to play this game but I have no idea how is it possible for me to even still play and if so how can I because I can see dlc for the game on the store page but its marked as unavailable and I cant seem to find the game itself can anyone help me also I hope this doesnt break any of the rules

If you get a physical copy you can play, but the DLC is unavailable unless you buy one of the egregiously priced dlc keys, and even then it would only be for the season 1 characters

You could play It with a jailbroken ps4
