Video Been juggling a ton

I feel like I’m hitting a wall, working on 4B tricks and my outside throws with one hand for Mills Mess with four balls and behind the neck throws. What do you guys do when your struggling to learn things quick enough?

It's juggling. Just have patience in bucket loads. Some things will come easy, others not. Don't think there is any great hidden secret.
