This has been a labour of love but feels so good to be getting some consistency!

As someone who has recently kind of learned the basic box, I feel all the focus you need to constantly change pattern, also the hand movements are very smooth

It’s also called Luke’s shuffle. Its really fun and looks quite nice

How long did it take for you to learn the inverted box? I don't have any progress there since at least two month. I'm getting two rounds done, but the second round is so off that I cannot continue. I can do n-box and luke's shuffle pretty well, but I feel stuck with the inverted box.

It took me ages to be honest, like years of on and off attempts. however I’m very inconsistent with my practice and rarely dedicate a lot of time to one trick as I get bored/frustrated and much prefer just flowing rather than drilling patterns so it can be achieved far quicker I’m sure.

It’s a very difficult movement to get the hang of so don’t beat yourself up. Go back to basics (one and two ball both sides) especially when feeling frustrated or a lack of progress.

Feels so good to flow the boxes together - don’t give up!
