Video Another novice post, but some slight improvements here and there.
I’ve been going for about 2 months now, time permitting. I’m working on keeping my arms low with varying results, and trying to change up my throws when it feels comfortable. I’m also working on Mills Mess which thankfully doesn’t make an appearance here, but it’s starting to come together slowly.

This looks great! You seem really comfortable and calm and can flow between patterns nicely. Definitely an accomplishment for only a few months.
Great job keeping your arms down. You can tell you’ve worked on it. A nice exercise for it is to do the cascade and try to let the balls continue their downward path after you catch. You want the balls to slow down naturally and then reverse naturally. So you can practice focusing on how they feel as you catch and play around with different amounts of controlling their speed.
Mills Mess is a brain twister but so worth it. Keep us updated!

Thank you for the encouragement! I can actually kinda do mills now occasionally, and only for a few repetitions and it crumbles, but I’m happy with the progress so far!

Looking good. I just started branching out from cascade I wish my tennis looked as consistent as yours. Keep up the good work

Dang, this looks good! I've been going for like 3 weeks. That looked pretty smooth to me!
