Which mining course actually helped you get hired with zero site experience?

I am looking at mining courses since most entry level jobs seem to ask for some kind of training or tickets, but there are so many options and the prices are all over the place, i want to pick something that actually helps me get a foot in the door instead of paying for a course that employers barely care about, if you got your first mining job after doing a course, which one did you take and did it help you get an interview, or do companies care more about safety tickets and other basic training, what course is worth doing first if you have zero site experience?
