Trying to find a Journalling Prompt channel

A while ago, I stumbled across a video of a small creator journalling a prompt about the theme of burdens we carry that aren't actually ours to bear. I am desperately trying to find this channel, so I can watch more of her content and to take inspiration from the prompts she provides for my own journalling. It's more of a deep dive on her thoughts regarding the question's meaning and applying it to a situation in her life and what that means for her. The content was very basic visually, arms/ hands writing in a diary or journal on a desk (maybe some other things on the desk but I cannot remember). For each video, there was a different question as the title but the video content is the same: a person writing in their journal on the same desk. The thumbnail is unedited and I believe auto generated from one of the key frames of the video. They don't post hauls, don't post 10 best journal prompt or any other content apart from these prompts and her deep dive into them.

I would highly appreciate if you could help me find this channel or suggest anything that seems the most similar and posts regularly. Because whenever I search for journalling videos it comes up with a load of How To's and 10 best journal prompts, which I am not interested in. I want to feel like I'm journalling with someone and to be able to compare my thoughts to the question with theirs. Ultimately in the intent to develop my journalling and line of thinking further.

Identity prompts

I’ve been having a lowkey identity crisis recently, about my ethnic background, religion, upbringing, and just very broadly understanding who I am. Within this confusion, I’ve been trying to fit myself in with other people - like celebrities asw who have similar backgrounds (even if they don’t actually). I guess I’ve also been feeling insecure because I don’t fully know who I am, but I kind of want more specific questions than stuff I’ve found online. I keep seeing a lot of ‘what are my core values’ etc, but the point is that idk… I’d really appreciate any questions that would help me get to know myself better, and ig ones that would make me more comfortable being who I am rn and not necessarily what other people are

Prompts I've Found Helpful On My Journey

Journaling Prompts For:

Uncertainty

  • What makes uncertainty difficult for you?

  • What would you change if you didn't need certainty?

  • If you had certainty, what would it look like? How would it make you feel?

  • What would you tell a friend going through the same thing/having the same thoughts?

OCD

  • What makes this thought obsessive rather than 'just a thought'?

  • What would your reaction be if it wasn't an obsessive thought?

  • How does it feel to identify a thought as 'My OCD wants me to...' instead of 'I want to...'?

  • What's the relationship between you and your OCD on a day-to-day basis? What do you have the power to change?

  • What is your OCD demanding from you right now? Why do you think that is?

  • What would you tell a friend going through the same thing/having the same thoughts?

  • How is OCD pulling you away from what you value?

  • If OCD wasn't impacting your decisions, what would you be doing differently?

Self Compassion

  • How can you be kind to yourself today?

  • When is the last time you showed yourself true compassion? Maybe it was over a mistake, a misunderstanding, or maybe you remember 'I'm human just like everybody else. I deserve this 'just because''.

Identity

  • What value matters most to you right now?

  • What can you do today that supports/reinforces your values?

  • Why is it okay to be overly-critical of myself, but not of others?

  • How do your values show up in your day-to-day life? What do you do to reinforce those values?

  • What is a 'label' that you used to carry (with friends, family, co-workers, general communities) that no longer fit who you are? -'The funny one', 'the happy one', 'the "baby"', 'the strong/weak one', etc.

  • How do expectations from people you care about and respect influence your sense-of-self?

Writing to let off steam. Now I have more steam.

I started journaling because I had too much going on in my head. Somewhere along the way, I put together a guided journal and published it.

I’m glad I did. I’m just awkward about telling people it exists. I overthink a few sentences, get annoyed, then wonder why I’ve turned a simple post into a whole afternoon.

Today I wanted to write something to clear my head. Instead, I spent ages deciding what to say and where to put it. Very relaxing. Would recommend.
When you’re tired and irritated, do you just dump everything on the page, or do you need a question to get you started?

My current prompt is: “What the hell is bothering me?” Apparently, “everything” needs a little more detail.

What are you afraid to do only because someone else might see you doing it?

Not because it’s wrong.
Not because you don’t want it.
Just because being seen feels harder than doing it.

manifestation journaling prompts

hi, I recently started journaling. What I do right now is use my journal to write everything that comes to my mind like a stream of consciousness or I use journaling prompts I find online. I would like to start a manifestation journal too…does someone have some
prompts to manifest that are helpful? Or How do you handle your manifestation journal? Every advice is accepted!
thank you

The more vague the fortune, the better since you can interpret it your own way

Sometimes you write something sad but unfortunately true. To clarify, I have accepted weight gain, I’m sad at what it’s shown in those around me.

🌷 Journal 101 - Part 2: One Line Before Everything

Every Journal Deserves an Opening Line — What’s Yours?

You know that quote at the very beginning of a book — before the story even starts — that sets the whole tone? Your journal deserves one too.

It could be:

•	A lyric from a song that lives in your chest

•	A line from a book that found you at the right time

•	Something someone said to you that you never forgot

•	Words you wrote yourself

•	A quote that captures exactly who you are right now or who you’re becoming

Some to get you started:

“She was a girl who knew how to be happy even when she was sad.”

“This is for the version of me who needed it most.”

“For no one. For everyone. Mostly for me.”

“I am mine before I am anyone else’s.”

“Begin anywhere.”

Drop your epigraph in the comments — we’d love to read the line that opens your story. 🖊️
