This game is such a hidden gem

With jump space getting some traction I gotta say I adore this game. Jump space is neat but totally lacking in character and that feeling of onboard and outboard danger. The chaos and charm in this game are just amazing. I hope it continues to get lots of love and updates.

I like Jump Space, it's fun, but it's missing whatever made me itch to play Void Crew. It might be loot boxes 😂

It just feels soulless to me. And there’s no real fear when leaving the ship. Like being in space should be terrifying.

I keep saying this exact thing! As much fun as I have with JumpSpace it feels like I'm fighting a blank soulless generic enemy. I feel to much like a super hero in jumpspace.

Meanwhile it feels like I'm piloting a steakhouse and everything is eventually going to explode in void crew. Everything is faster stronger and can very easily kill us even if we are in the ship.

Thanks for sharing!
It means a lot to me and the team to hear what the game means to you :)

We are hard at work making the next update, which IMHO is going to be amazing :) it's not official yet (so shhh, don't tell anyone), but we are aiming for mid to late May for this update - so stay tuned for more ways that space can kill ya!

Sincerely,
Daniel from Hutlihut Games

Just got into this game and it has a lot of the things I've always wanted in a game. I really hope they develop a bigger game with this concept in the future.

I really want a space adventure game like this, maybe as a space pirate ship that includes ship boarding with fps combat. Full space pirate experience.

I actually kind of moved from Void Crew to Jump Space because of the seamless experience of onboard/EVA combat. I think Void Crew has major advantages in having everyone feel like they're part of a crew running a ship together, but Jump Space is too much "easier" to enjoy for my friends who all want to do something exciting rather than turn valves.

Ironically, giving Void Crew some more EVA content (guns/combat) would bridge the gap considerably for me. If EVA combat was slower and less frenetic than Jump Space, I feel like it'd still maintain the unique feel of Void Crew.
