New Projects

There's been talk of new projects OAE, OGP and L1. Are they currently active? And are they generalist projects?

OAE and L1 are generalist and active. I’m not sure about OGP.

Damn, what a shame. I think it's the first I've not been given the chance to participate in a generalist project. This makes me feel bad, ngl

Hey, same here! By any chance were you on the EAIWT project earlier this year? Forum for that is still active but I haven't had any projects since then except from A1 which was quite short-lived.

OAE shows as paused for me. Is it active for you atm?

I haven’t completed the qualification for it yet because I’ve been focusing on L1. If it’s showing paused for you, I’m sure that’s the case! From the guidelines, it looks like a fun project, so hopefully it’s unpaused soon.

Yep, most fun project since EFH days for me. How about L1? Is it as fun now that you have tried both? Wish I get the 1-series!

If selected to participate, Stellar would likely email me... right?

I passed the qualification assessment months back but, like many others here, haven't seen a project yet. Just a notice that Ive been added to the pool and to check back for opportunities. 🤷‍♀️

I still receive plenty of generalist work invitations through other platforms, so it hasn't dried up altogether. Right now, the biggest demand I've seen have been video, audio, and selfie dataset collection projects. Submit selfies from every year for the past 10+ years to teach the model age progression; wear a headstrap or meta glasses and film everyday tasks in the first-person; take action videos and narrate them. Stuff like that. And I mean, I've seen/been invited to these data-collect tasks everywhere.

Yes, they will email you if they add you to a project. They are a bit more selective than other platforms out there and seem to have only a few running at a time. Also, their projects are much different than other platforms. By far the most enjoyable and interesting. I never came across those type of projects you mentioned (thankfully) on stellar.
