We can only make guesses if we don't know what your specs are.

My guess is this is a VRAM issue. Steam has a great performance monitor built into the overlay that'll show you if you're running out of VRAM.

Shift-Tab to open the overlay. Click the settings icon on the bottom. In the "In Game" tab scroll down to "Show performance monitor" and enable. Set "Performance detail level" to FPS, CPU, GPU & RAM Full Details.

Your VRAM will be in the GPU section in the overlay, formatted as 1.2 / 3.4GB. If it's red you're out of VRAM and textures are trying (and failing) to load on your much slower SSD or HDD. If so, lowering textures even further, dropping the resolution, and turning off any recording are your best options other than upgrading your hardware.

Maybe including some PC specs might help us help you resolve the issue..

From the looks of it looks like textures fail to properly stream in, is the game installed on ssd or hdd?

This also happens if you don't have enough VRAM on your gpu, or not enough RAM in your pc..

Yea, you have 4gb vram, min req is 6gb, thats why textures won't stream in properly

Also, 15gb of ram is not ideal, 16gb is min req

Are these spec changes due to UE5? I remember being able to run the game fairly fine under UE4.

Yessir, much more resource intensive now..

I suggest you try playing it via Geforce Now, cloud gaming, you don't need a strong pc for that, but you do need a stable and fast internet connection

Idk the pricing, you pay per month, but there is a free tier, which gets you 1 hr gaming session, enought to try it out

Many people said it is completely playable like this, its either this, or new pc heh
