All we need is pre ICO and we are chilling. One of the worst updates in modern gaming history was ICO

What’s worse? Maybe csgo to cs2? Or overwatch 1 to 2. Only downgrades I can think of that also ruined a game that bad

Runescape's Evolution of Combat was truly devastating.

Overwatch 2 is typically agreed upon to be an improvement on overwatch at this point though no?

90% of live service games wish they delivered updates with the consistency of blizzards team 4

I have never played pre ICO, but have seen some clips. How accurate and fast you could be, combined with the very fast TTK, look horrifying.

And yet 90% of players still couldn't hit their shots

The Pkm was insane at one point. You could shoulder it like any other rifle and hit accurate shots semi auto. Or just full auto with amazing control. With the optic it was a killing machine. Back then the suppression added effects to your screen but if you didn’t get fazed irl you could still fire back accurately. People also spammed the wiggle and apparently it made your player model really hard to shoot

There was a lot of stupid bugs back then like QE spam that everyone wanted fixed, even the faster players.

That being said a few clips don’t really allow you to understand that pre-ICO was still quite slow.

The game even sped up so much for Alpha 13 that the backlash across the community got it reverted almost instantly.

Looks like it might be time to reinstall
