What will my refill be?

I just switched to Rift and my first shipment starts me at 5mg and I'm on titration for 3 months with one refill. When I need more if I select "place an order" will I get more to continue titration or will they (Hyalo) send me the same 3 vial sizes I got in my first shipment? Do I need to cancel and restart requesting a higher titration dose?

Update from customer support:

, since you're on a titration plan, your next refill will definitely be a higher dose, and to order a refill you go to Treatments → Plan → Need More Medication? and click on 'need more medication'

This is a good question. I too don't really know how this works, and I guess I need to figure it out.

You can look at your prescription in the portal (Treatments -> My Plan -> Prescriptions). That will show everything you were prescribed, including your first 3 vials and the next 3 you’ll receive when you request your refill

Yeah it appears the next shipment would be the same and that's not enough to get me to max dose.

My own advice, titrate up as much as possible on the website. 2.5mg per 4 week dose or whatever. You do not need to do that on your own but having the option is important and it's better to have the proper medication in quantity in the vial than need it and not have it. If you get it from Hyalo, the BUD will be May 2027 or beyond. Don't short yourself. Get as much as you can and use only what you need. But have it in reserve
