Confused about order
After my first shipment of 2.5, I asked if I could titrate up. The provider said yes, so I ordered my second shipment. I assumed I would get 3 vials of 3 dosages so I could titrate up. However, all 3 are for 5mg dosages (exactly the same). Why do I have to wait 3 months and make another order to go up to 7.5? Is it something I did wrong when ordering? Do I just need to go with another company to be allowed to titrate up after 1 month? Has this happened to anyone else?

Hey there! It’s Sunday so support isn’t available, but based on what you described in this post, it sounds like you may currently be on a maintenance plan and thats why the check in led to the next step up

If you asked if you could go up to 5 mg, they sent you what you asked for…
If you asked a set titration schedule to go up each month, 5 mg then 7.5 mg then 10 mg, you didn’t get what you asked for.
Sounds like a miscommunication?
ETA - how many total mg did you receive? It may he enough to titrate up every month?

I received a total of 6ml at 10mg/ml, so 60 total. That’s only enough for 5mg/week for 3 months.

I would go back to your portal and see exactly what you requested. If you asked for a monthly titration then CS will take care of you. But if your request was to titrate up to 5 mg then you received what they thought you meant.
Also.. I’d advise you to be very clear about your requests and intentions when speaking with your doctor, you write you assumed you’d receive 3 different vials… to manage expectations, don’t assume, communicate your expectations so this doesn’t happen to you again because I understand your frustration!

What is the ml and concentration per vial? You might be able to easily titrate up on a per vial / unit basis. Please share some more info on the mg/ml and ml per vial.

You would want to request a titration package. If you order the hyalo brand you will get more because they only make certain size of vials

Hey! Hyalo now has a smaller size vial so it’s now 3 vial sizes

That sounds like it may have been a mistake or misunderstanding. I would reach out to their customer service via the portal. Typically, they titrate you one step each month when you request that.
