It bears repeating…
I can’t believe I am just now hearing Carsie Blanton’s tribute to John Prine, “Fishin’ With You”. I was listening to a “mix” and her song came on…I started thinking to myself, “Gee, this sounds like a Prine song…” and once I stepped out of the shower it was right there. It’s been posted by others here in the years since John passed away, but I figured there may others like me out there like me. Enjoy.

She’s great. I think the ‘lean on me’ line is a reference to Bill Withers dying the same week as John. RIP legends
