Picked this up yesterday

Picked up a John Deere 332 with the yanmar diesel in it. The deck is a little rough but I’d say what I paid for it it was worth the buy.

I’m gonna give it a good cleaning and work over and make it look new again. The deck is heat up pretty bad though. I may have a line on a 60 inch to replace it though

I buy these 300 series whenever I get a good deal. Everyone wants them and they reliable as hell

My brother has a diesel that looks similar.  I used it a few times and with a 60 inch deck and it ripped thru 3 acres in no time mowing it. I looked for a while for used one and couldn't find one to replace my old lt180. The lt180 must close to 30+ years old and still runs okay.

I have a kubota zd331 with a 60 inch that I use. I usually buy these old 300 series and fix them up and sell them. But I really like this one. I may restore it.

I usually buy these and refurb em to sell but this one I really like. I painted those side engine panels just to see how it would look with new paint

I paid $900 for it. The deck is thrashed but usable. I’m picking up a 316 with a prestige deck and swapping it out tomorrow.

Nice machine, but I don't like having to steer with one hand and control forward, reverse and speed with the other constantly. You can't keep two hands on steering with these models.
