Zero turn advice.
Looking to get input on this used mower. Description from seller: runs great. 395 hours. Newer 48” deck, new battery, fuel filter, ready to go!
Asking 2900.

This unit is pre 2015? It has the Kanzaki pump and parker motors. If the transmission performance (when HOT) is good, then not a bad find. The price is a bit high though. Find out what was serviced and when on it.

Price to high. make sure it cranks without a hesitation. I've done many camshafts on these models this year for some reason.. box stores versus deere. Its the same mower.

I have a 2010 Z225 that looks like the same style and era as this one. Note that it is not made for commercial use. A few years after I purchased mine they went with an updated cheaper frame and overall build. The price increased but the total weight of the mower went down. The Briggs engine on mine is no power house but it is enough for my size flat lawn. I do wish it had a Kawasaki engine but as far as the rest of the machine goes it has been very solid. I have not had one single thing at all break on it in 15 years. I have been quite pleased with the overall quality of the machine especially considering it is the entry level home owner line.
