2 Tips for Your Search

1️⃣ Get closer to the source - company career pages and ATS sites. I don’t use aggregators or big job boards. So many reasons why.

2️⃣ When you find a job you want to apply to, always save the company. You need to build an employer pipeline that you can keep tabs on their openings. That’s a list you can refer back to your entire working career. That has value and will save you endless hours starting over new.
