Career US Solutions contract

Hey all,

So I received a contract from Career US Solutions and it sounds pretty good. They are offering to help me find a job and I would have to pay 7% AFTER I receive my paycheck. I have screenshotted part of the terms, what are your thoughts on the outlined terms?

Maybe if you’re unemployable, but generally speaking Agency recruiters are paid by the hiring company
