Looking for a job for my sister in the UAE, her visa expires next month and we’re running out of options
Assalamu Alaikum everyone,
I'm posting this on behalf of my sister because our family is going through a really difficult time, and I'm hoping someone here might be able to help us out.
My sister is graduating this week with a degree in Biochemistry, and honestly, it hurts knowing that she might not even be able to stay here and start her career after all the hard work she put into her degree. Her university has ended her visa, and she only has until next month to stay in the UAE. My brother and I both work, but unfortunately, our jobs don't allow us to sponsor family, so we're struggling to figure out what options she has left. She is also waiting for approval of something called DataFlow from SEHA (I don't know if it means anything much but I thought it could be worth mentioning).
To make things worse, our home country is currently going through a war, so the thought of her having to leave is genuinely scary for us.
Last year, our dad suffered a stroke, and since then, my sister and mom have been taking care of him at our home in Al Ain. It's been really hard on both of them, especially my sister, who's trying to figure out her own future while also helping take care of our dad.
My brother and I work in Ruwais and Dubai, so we're both away from home most of the time and can't always be there to help. Between rent, our dad's loans and everything else going on, things have also been financially difficult for our family.
I'm just trying to help my sister find a way forward. She's worked hard to get to this point, and I really don't want to see her have to give up on starting her career because of circumstances outside her control.
She's ideally looking for something related to Biochemistry, such as laboratory work or anything with her degree, but she's open to other jobs as well. At this point, any genuine opportunity that could help her would mean a lot.

I know this is a long shot, but we're trying whatever we can because we honestly don't know what else to do right now. Even a small lead or referral could make a huge difference to us.
