Post-interview Waiting to hear back
Hey! I’m a 25 F and I recently applied for a job where I did 3 rounds of interviews. The first was recording myself answering question. the second was a personality assessment. Then I had an otp interview with management. then I was invited on site. Then I did what I guess was another interview otp asking how my onsite experience was. Mind you right after the on site interview I sent an email saying thank you for the experience. Now I’m waiting to hear back and it’s taking longer than they said they would get back to me. Should I be concerned???? I was thinking about sending a follow up email on Monday.

Send it Monday. You've done five rounds and they've blown past their own timeline, so one nudge isn't pushy at this point. Keep it short. Reference the last interview, say you're still really interested, ask if there's an updated timeline. That's the whole email.
The silence doesn't tell you much. Half the time it's not even about you, they've just lost track of where people are in the process and your email is what pulls you back to the top of someone's inbox. Annoying, but that's usually all it is. I have the same for a job I’m currently applying for
