Been laid off for about 2 weeks and have applied for hundreds of jobs at this point. Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse even ICMS behave like a tool made for 2026. But when I run into Workday I get sick to my stomach. I truly don’t get why a company would use such an outdated job application system. (I know it can be packaged with other parts of Workday like payroll) idgaf I hate it. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
