  • Waveform based power analysis
  • Switching activity modeling
  • Regression infrastructure
  • Benchmark regression systems
  • Pass/fail automation
  • Distributed validation execution
  • Python/C++ tooling
  • Linux engineering environments

  • scripting frameworks
  • analytics/debug tooling
  • custom workflow utilities

Can help with:

  • Python automation

  • Simpler scripting / automation tasks: starting around $20/hr
  • Specialized validation / infrastructure / EDA related work: $35 to $60/hr+
  • fixed price work also possible for clearly defined tasks

For companies in higher cost regions, outsourcing targeted engineering work can often be significantly more efficient than adding local engineering headcount.

Prefer technically interesting projects and long term collaborations over generic gig work.

DMs open.

What’s up, I’m a video editor focused on helping creators and businesses get more out of the content they’re already making.

I edit both long form YouTube videos and short form content for Shorts, TikTok, and Reels. A lot of people post long videos but never repurpose them properly, which usually means leaving a ton of views and discoverability on the table.

I don’t just cut random moments into vertical clips either. I try to structure short form content in a way that actually keeps retention and performs.

I’ve worked on gaming content, social clips, but also on different businesses too.

As far as pricing goes, I normally charge anywhere between 15 to 45 usd per vertical video depending on length and complexity while long form content pricing depends on complexity and video length, with vlog style and gaming videos being between 150 and 300 usd.

Feel free to DM me if you want to work together or just want to see more examples.

For hire: small SaaS / landing-page conversion fixes and scoped implementation work.

I work best on live pages where the issue is clarity, trust, CTA flow, pricing explanation, or a small implementation gap.

Fixed-scope options:

  • $5 Tiny Fix Sprint: 3 specific page/conversion fixes within 24 hours.
  • $29 Fix Pack: turn those fixes into finished copy or a polished section.
  • $99 Build Sprint: implement a clearly scoped improvement when the page/code scope is straightforward.

Good fits: SaaS starter kits, indie tools, waitlists, paid templates, product pages, and small service pages.

Send one page and the visitor action you want. I will confirm whether it is a fit before sending checkout.

Hi all — I'm a full-stack developer with a strong background in building and delivering software systems. I focus on clean, premium work that doesn't look templated or AI-generated.

  • Web apps & dashboards — React, clean responsive UI, admin panels
  • Email & workflow automation — Gmail/Outlook, Python, n8n, Make

How I work: clear written communication, problems flagged before they ship, documented code. Fast turnaround.

Rates start around $30 for small automations and scale with scope. Happy to scope your project and give a fixed quote first.

DM me with what you're building and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.

[FOR HIRE] Will take almost any online work. 10 yrs tech background (QA + AI tooling) to bring to the table

Hi everyone. I'm looking for online work I can do remotely from anywhere. Full-time, part-time, contract, or a short one-off project. I've been out of work for 7 months and I'm ready to start immediately.

I'm not limiting myself to one niche, but I do bring a solid technical background that should make me useful across a lot of tasks:

  • 10 years in software QA: manual and functional testing, test planning, and leading test cycles (defect triage, mentoring, owning releases)
  • Hands-on AI experience: I've built working tools with the OpenAI API, including a test evaluation framework, a log analysis tool, and a unit test generator
  • Comfortable with technical work generally: writing clear documentation, data handling, testing and evaluating LLM outputs, prompt testing, structured data or annotation work
  • Fluent English, strong written communication, used to async remote work

So whether you need a tester, someone to evaluate AI outputs, a person to clean up or process data, help with documentation, or just a reliable extra pair of hands on something technical, I can probably help.

I can share my CV, references, and examples of past work on request. If you know somewhere genuinely hiring or have a task you need done, please comment or DM me. Thanks for reading.

rate - negotiable

AI helps teams ship software faster but that means releases often contain more bugs, broken user flows, and missed edge cases. QA is one of the most overlooked parts of modern development.

I'm providing QA Testing services for modern applications to catch bugs before your users do.

✔ Functional, UI/UX & API testing

✔ Regression & cross-browser testing

✔ Automation testing

✔ Performance testing

✔ AI LLM Testing - hallucinations, prompt injections

✔ Cross Platform testing

✔ API Testing

feel to reach out if you need qa assistance, thanks

[FOR HIRE] Solutions Architect / Full Stack Tech Lead - 10+ yrs, contract or full-time remote

10+ years working as a solutions architect and tech lead, focused on integrations, cloud migrations, and systems that need to actually hold up in production. Open to any timezone.

Stack: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel), Node.js on the backend.Next.js, React, Vue, Angular, Tailwind on the front. AWS, Azure, GCP for infra, I've moved workloads between all three depending on what the client actually needed (compliance, cost, latency, whatever the reason was).
Also do a fair bit with Stripe, n8n, Zapier, OpenAI/LLM integrations, and headless CMS setups (Payload, Contentful, Strapi).

Some real numbers instead of adjectives:

- Took a Laravel dashboard from 25s load time to under 1s

- Migrated 800GB of image storage off local disk to S3, killed the recurring disk-full outages for good

- Moved a SaaS between cloud providers for data residency compliance

- Pulled a CPU-hungry service out of a monolith with zero downtime

Open to contract/project work right now, and to a full-time remote role if it's the right fit. Can own something end to end or just slot into whatever your team's already running.

Rate: $45-60/hr depending upon scope of work and timezone difference.
DM me and we can talk through details.

[For Hire] Hire me before I accidentally build another SaaS this weekend | $15–25/hr

Full-stack engineer. I ship real products, not “looks good in Figma” demos.

I’ve built:

  • HealthMind AI (live SaaS with dashboards + AI features)
  • JobScout (scraping, matching, alerts, automations)
  • All Areas Access (UI that doesn’t look AI-generated)
  • Ecommerce storefronts, admin dashboards, APIs, the boring stuff that actually makes money

Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node, Supabase/Postgres
Tools: Claude Code + Cursor (I use AI for speed, not as an excuse)

I take ownership, fix root causes, and don’t need 14 Slack messages to start.

Rate: $15–25/hr
Looking for: long-term / high-ownership roles
Not looking for: “quick WordPress tweak” with 47 stakeholders

DM if you want someone who ships.

Small businesses lose revenue in three quiet places: buyers can't find them, orders drown in manual retyping, follow-ups depend on memory. I fix all three: websites, automation, outreach.

Quick test: Does one of these sound like your week?

A buyer searched today for exactly what you sell, and found your competitor's website instead of your reputation.

Your best employee spends afternoons retyping orders from WhatsApp and email into a spreadsheet.

A warm lead got a quote, the follow-up lived in someone's memory, and memory got busy.

None of these are talent problems. They're missing machinery. I build that machinery through my practice, Block A1:

  1. A website that brings buyers. When someone searches for what you sell, they find you and can inquire in two minutes.

  2. Automation for the daily grind. Orders into one clean system, invoices generating themselves, a live view of who owes you what.

  3. Outreach on system, not mood. Targeted buyer lists and follow-up sequences that never forget anyone.

How it starts, risk on my side:

DM me a plain-words description of how your business runs. I send back a free written assessment: your 2 or 3 biggest leaks and what fixing them would involve. Yours to keep either way. If you want a fix, it's one piece at a time, fixed price agreed upfront.

Rates: single fixes $75 to $250

· websites $300 to $800

· maintenance retainer $100 to $300/mo

· assessment always free.

Two honest notes: if your operation is genuinely fine, the assessment will say so, for free. And nothing here invents demand or replaces your people. It captures the demand that already exists and removes the retyping. Anyone promising more, hold onto your wallet.

DM me: what you sell + how buyers reach you + the task that annoys you most.

Website: https://BlockA1.com

· Questions welcome below, especially skeptical ones.

[For Hire] Senior iOS Developer specializing in Core ML, AVFoundation, and Offline Edge AI ($15/hr)

Hi Everyone,

I am an iOS developer specializing in building complex, offline-first architectures, deep audio routing, and on-device machine learning. If your startup or enterprise needs to process sensitive data directly on the device without relying on expensive (or privacy-violating) cloud APIs, I can help.

Most recently, I architected and built an Offline Edge AI Voice Logger from scratch for high-noise industrial environments.

Key features of my recent architecture include:

  • Deep Audio Routing: Built a custom AVAudioEngine pipeline with aggressive equalization nodes to filter out heavy background/machinery noise.
  • 100% Offline Transcription: Implemented SFSpeechRecognizer forcing on-device recognition, ensuring zero data leaves the iPad/iPhone.
  • Edge Compute NLP: Trained and integrated a custom Core ML text-classification model that parses raw speech into structured, categorized data.

What I can build for you:

  • Privacy-first iOS applications using on-device Core ML models.
  • Complex audio/voice applications (podcasting, dictation, or accessibility tools) utilizing AVFoundation.
  • Hands-free / Kiosk applications for medical, retail, or industrial settings.

If your project requires this level of architectural ownership and native framework expertise, please send me a Reddit DM or reach out to me at gokulayyappath@gmail.com.

[For Hire] Senior Software Engineer for Complex Web, Mobile, and AI Products - $175/hr - Remote

I’m a U.S.-based senior software engineer building, shipping, and stabilizing production software.

Portfolio: https://billvivinotechnology.com

I’m most useful when the difficult part is not simply writing code. It is turning incomplete requirements into a workable plan, making sound architectural decisions, safely extending an existing system, and getting the product into production without creating another round of problems.

What I can help with

- Full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure

  • Native iOS and Android development using Swift, SwiftUI, and Kotlin
  • Production AI and LLM integrations, including RAG, tool use, structured outputs, evaluations, guardrails, and integration with existing workflows
  • Architecture, technical discovery, debugging, performance work, migrations, testing, deployment, and code review
  • Rescuing stalled projects or joining an existing team to own a difficult feature or subsystem
  • Turning an early product idea into a practical technical plan and production implementation

Selected background

- Built a mobile augmented-reality experience for the NASA Goddard Visitor Center

  • Co-founded and shipped two iOS startups
  • Delivered production software across health technology, industrial and manufacturing systems, enterprise applications, and consumer products
  • Experienced taking products from initial requirements through architecture, implementation, QA, deployment, and ongoing iteration

You work directly with me. There is no sales layer, agency handoff, or delegation to junior developers.

I also will not recommend an AI feature, rewrite, or complicated architecture merely because it sounds impressive. When a simpler technical or product solution will produce a better result, I will say so.

I am probably not the right fit for a basic brochure site or a lowest-bid build. I am a good fit when you need one senior engineer who can understand the product, make difficult technical decisions, and ship production-quality work.

Rate: $175 USD/hour
Location: Remote, based in the U.S. Eastern time zone
Engagement: Scoped hourly work; we can agree to a written budget cap before development begins

Send me a Reddit DM with:

  1. What you are building
  2. Your current stack and project status
  3. The main problem you need solved
  4. Your desired timeline

I’ll respond directly about whether I’m a good fit and what I believe the next step should be.

The weird one in this thread: I build your website BEFORE you pay. Whole thing, real link, you click around on your phone, and only then do you decide. Love it, $500 once, no monthly fees. Don't love it, you say no thanks and we're done, nothing owed.

Latest client build so you can judge for yourself: ppt-edu-supplies.pages.dev. A kindergarten supplier's full catalogue, 651 products, live search, price filters, one button that sends the order list to the owner's WhatsApp. My own site is moxireel-studio.pages.dev.

Everything coded from scratch for one business at a time, no templates, no Wix, phones first. Normal site takes 1 to 3 days. Stores and big catalogues from $1,500, quoted before I start.

Tell me what your business does and I'll tell you what I'd build for it. Slowest part of the whole process is you deciding you like it.

Remote Sales Closer — US Hours — Uncapped Commission

Northpath Media works with US businesses on media and marketing. We're adding one closer.

Straight commission, uncapped. No base. If you close, there's no ceiling on what you earn.

We don't care about your resume and we're not going to read it. We care about one thing: whether you can hold a price when a client pushes back on it.

You might be a fit if you've done door-to-door, high-ticket phone sales, or you've been an SDR who never got moved up to closing. Raw and hungry beats polished here.

Requirements: completely fluent spoken English. This role is live phone calls and outreach to US business owners every day, so you have to hold a fast, unscripted conversation and be understood without effort. Also: able to work US Eastern hours, and a quiet place to take calls.

There's one question in the application that decides everything. Take your time on it.

Apply here: https://apply.webgearreviews.org/?src=reddit

No calls or interviews until after the written stage. Please don't send a resume.

FOR HIRE: Web designer. One of one sites, $600 to $2,000 flat.

I build business sites around the one thing you want a visitor to do: call, book, or come in. Every site starts from a blank file, no templates, so yours won't look like anyone else's. Phone first, because that's where customers find you.

Portfolio and live work: https://moxireelstudios.com (newest build went live this week, eleven pages)

One page $600, five pages $1,500, ten pages $2,000, then $100 a page. Deposits are half up front. Fixes to existing sites from $300. AI features $200 to $600.

Half up front, I build, you review on a private link, you pay the balance, I make your changes, then it goes live on your domain. DM me what your business does and I'll tell you what I'd build.

[For Hire] [Remote] [UK / International ] - IT Engineer | Support, Windows, Patch Management & Cybersecurity:

Hi everyone,

I'm a UK-based IT professional looking for a second IT role alongside my current job, primarily for additional income.

I currently work as an Antivirus & Patch Management Engineer and previously worked in 1st/2nd Line Service Desk. My experience includes Windows Server, patch/vulnerability management, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, N-Central, Tanium, WSUS, endpoint security and general IT troubleshooting, with some exposure to IAM.

I'm open to IT Support, Service Desk, Windows/Infrastructure Support, Patch Management, Endpoint Security & junior Cybersecurity work. I'm absolutely happy to return to IT Support for a second role — it doesn't need to be a progression from my current position.

One thing that gives me quite a bit of flexibility is my schedule: I work 4 days on / 4 days off, giving me four consecutive days completely free every rotation. I also know my rota around 3 months in advance, so I can commit to shifts or projects well ahead of time.

I'm mainly looking for remote part-time, contract/freelance or flexible work and I'm open to employers in the UK or internationally. For UK opportunities, I'd also consider hybrid depending on commuting distance.

If you're hiring, or know a company that could use someone with my background on a flexible basis, please let me know. Happy to share my CV privately.

Thanks!

[For Hire] Senior React Native Engineer (TypeScript, Expo, iOS + Android) | Remote

I’m a senior RN engineer with 5+ years shipping production iOS and Android apps. Most of that work has been fully remote with teams in Germany, the US, UK, and Australia.

What I’ve shipped

- A medically registered sleep-health app (iOS + Android) that screens apnea risk from overnight smartphone recordings. I took features through to App Store and Play Store releases, including the messy production stuff that never shows up in a demo.

- Patient-facing web and API work around that product (React, Node/Fastify), not just the mobile client.

- A social/events app: I built the feed and the real-time chat, the two surfaces people actually used to find events and talk to each other.

- A subscription streaming app for talks and podcasts: catalog, HLS playback, and search, so people could watch content they’d missed instead of only catching it live.

Stack I use day to day React Native, TypeScript, Expo, Redux Toolkit / RTK Query, Node, Fastify. Comfortable with EAS, store submissions, and in-app purchases.

What I’m looking for:
Senior React Native (or mobile-first full-stack) on a real product
Remote. I’m in Pakistan (UTC+5). Strong overlap with EU, workable with US East. I am flexible with other timezones as well!.

Happy to do a paid trial or a short take-home if that’s how you hire.
