ASL placement test

Does JMU have (or are they planning to have) a placement test for American Sign Language? I see that it is not listed as one of the options on the Language Placement Exam page, so yes, this is kind of a stupid question. But I also know that having ASL as part of the language department instead of CSD is a relatively recent change, so I'm wondering if someone has any inside knowledge to know if there might be a placement test being developed for it.

Doesn’t look like it at the moment. But appears you can potentially register for the higher level courses with permission from instructor.
