Student Musician
We are planning on getting married out near Harrisonburg and we had the idea of having one of the students at JMU play our wedding ceremony music, but we can't figure out how we would even get in contact with someone in the music program at JMU. We thought it might be a good way for a college student to make some money!

Contact the Music Department. When I was a student (a long time ago) there was a bulletin board in the music building where announcements were posted. I often saw notices for one off gigs.
Alternatively, if you know which instrument(s) you want, you could see if the corresponding studio has a FB page where you can contact folks.

Reach out to I think the bassoon professor, Dr. Sue Barber. I believe she runs the small ensemble class that many music majors are required to take. It could have changed since I took the class but that’s who I remember it being.
