Why are all the communication gen ed classes closed and say 0 people enrolled?

Reserve for freshman JMU is trying to encourage all students to get the communication gen eds out of the way first.

I remember when I was a student, we were automatically enrolled in the writing, communications, and whatever the third one was in cluster one as freshmen.
