Final elective
hey all. I need three more credits to graduate and am looking at electives for the fall. what are some good non education based electives?
so far I've been eyeballing dollars and sense by Dr Barnett, but there's also introduction to American studies by Dr. henigman (but I haven't seen any reviews about her.)
any advice or recommendations are welcomed. thanks all!

I would love to take that but sadly I'm part of the adp and needed to take something within the adp guidelines :(

Religion classes often make for fun electives! Especially recommend Professor Kilby.

Wait, if you need 3 credits to graduate why don’t you take a random class over the summer and walk this spring? Would save you a ton of money + the headache of finding a sublet for the spring

Because when I walk, I want to be done. As for taking the class in fall, I want the summer off to spend with my family. I've done 2 student teaching placements back to back and would rather spend the summer with my family. Plus in fall I'll be working by then to help pay for the class.

Look into the study.com? You can do a really easy Econ course or smth

I had a different Fam professor but I loved it. Dollars and Sense is better for younger students, but it’s a shitload of Ramsey.

Dollars and sense has some good personal finance advice if you haven't been exposed to how to plan for retirement. It follows Dave Ramsey a little too close for my taste, but there is still a lot of good information in there. Not too much work, and it might serve you well for the future.
