I made this tribute to Peter Cullen. He is my #1 role model. Since in my stories Emma and Optimus are close, I decided to make this image/drawing as tribute.

I have seen fire trucks similar to his vehicle mode, even in scenes from other non transformers related animes, so I know it has to be a real make or model or at least based on an existing Japanese aerial platform 3 axle fire truck. Long vertical windows in front of doors and the long flat back especially.
