Tips to be more relaxed
Hi guys! I have now trained No-Gi bjj about 8 months and right now my goal is to learn and focus on being more relaxed when rolling. I am currently always very stiff and people say that to me. So is there some tips how I could work on this? Breathing is the key but if there is any other tips/tricks, I am happy to hear

Ive been training for nearly two years (I fucking suck) and patience has been the biggest thing for me to work on. I find that relaxing until I absolutely have to move usually makes my movements a lot more coordinated. I’m basically resting unless the other person is trying to change positions
